Chairman’s Message - David B. Miller P.E.


From its beginning in 1980, Metro Transportation Group, Inc. has been providing a variety of transportation consulting services. I am proud of Metro's excellent reputation within the public and private sectors and our professional staff.

With the start of 2007, I have turned over the day-to-day operations of Metro to Rolf Kilian, our new president. Rolf has been with Metro for nearly 17 years and will direct our staff to continue providing the highest quality studies and exceptional service that our clients have come to expect from Metro.

Also, this year we are very excited to offer our clients a new service of roadway design. This will allow us to provide final engineering for access, intersection, and roadway permits and design. There will be a continuity from our traffic studies through intersection/signal design, including all reviewing agency coordination.

Our staff enjoys being confronted with transportation challenges requiring Metro's extensive experience to provide practical, cost-effective solutions. We also realize that time is money and understand our role in meeting deadlines. We desire to be a transportation resource and trusted advisor to our clients on all transportation related matters.
