David B. Miller, P.E., is the Chairman/CEO and has over 36 years experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. He has directed and managed over 2000 traffic impact studies for commercial, office, industrial, residential and recreational facilities throughout the U.S. and overseas. His experience also includes traffic safety and operational studies, comprehensive transportation studies, and teaching.

Rolf P. Kilian is the President and has over 40 years of experience in conducting traffic impact analyses, traffic safety studies, functional roadway design and parking layouts throughout the United States, Canada, Central and South America, Europe and the Middle East. He is Past President of the Illinois Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and is very active in many professional society activities.
